Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service representative or sales experience (outbound or inbound) in the BPO industry
• Experience in Australian telecommunications is an advantage but not required
• Bachelor's Degree in any field, completion of at least 2 years in college, or a 2-year Technical/Vocational/Associate Degree
• Excellent English verbal communication skills
• Strong phone presence and confidence in customer interactions
• Excellent objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Proven work ethic, reliability, and dedication
• Willingness to work onsite in both PNB Makati and JMT Ortigas as required

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses to promote upgrades from legacy broadband services to fibre technology
• Engage prospective customers and communicate product benefits effectively
• Work collaboratively with a small team of Outbound Sales Agents in Makati and Ortigas
• Coordinate closely with counterparts in Australia to align sales strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience
• Build positive customer relationships and support sales conversion efforts
• Contribute to team goals and overall business growth initiatives
